Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. Who we are
JP Hybrid Playbook (“we”, “us”) is operated by JP Management. For questions about this policy, contact admin@jphybridplaybook.com.
2. Data we collect
- Email address (when you register or sign in)
- Authentication metadata from Google or Fanvue when you use those sign-in methods
- Aggregate usage analytics (pages viewed, course progress)
3. How we use it
We use your data to provide course access, send transactional email (account confirmation, password reset), and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Third-party services
- Supabase - authentication + database hosting
- Netlify - site hosting
- Google / Fanvue - optional OAuth sign-in
- Meta (Facebook) - conversion tracking and ad attribution via the Meta Pixel (browser) and Meta Conversions API (server). Hashed identifiers (email, name) are sent server-side for signup events.
- Microsoft Clarity - anonymised session replay and heatmaps, used to see where visitors get stuck on a page.
- PostHog - product analytics and session replay. Form inputs are masked; we use it to understand which pages and steps people use.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@jphybridplaybook.com.
6. Cookies
We use HttpOnly session cookies for authentication and short-lived cookies during OAuth sign-in flows. These are necessary for the site to work and are not optional.
Analytics cookies are different: the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog only load after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Until then none of them run and none of their cookies are set - including the first-party _fbp cookie Meta uses for attribution. Your choice is stored locally in your browser; clear your site data to be asked again.
