1. Acceptance
By creating an account or accessing the JP Hybrid Playbook course you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The course
The JP Hybrid Playbook is provided free of charge for educational purposes. We may add, change, or remove lessons at any time without notice. Course content is for personal use; you may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce it without written consent.
3. Paid content licences
Separately from the free course we sell content licence packages (marketed as “Hybrid”). A package consists of a signed model release for a verified creator, her identity and age verification, the agreed number of script sets, and, in the Full Hybrid package, AI avatar material. Pricing is quoted per package before purchase; the current basis is a fixed verification fee plus a per-script fee.
What you receive is a licence to use the content on the platform account named at purchase, for as long as you operate that account. You do not acquire ownership of the content or of the creator’s likeness, and the licence is not transferable without our written consent. Each package is licensed to one operator.
Seven-day guarantee. The period runs from the date of purchase. If the platform declines the release we submitted on your behalf, you may choose a replacement package at no additional cost or a full refund. Within the same seven days you may also cancel for any other reason and receive a refund, provided the delivered files have not been published. After seven days, or once the content has been published, the sale is final. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Requests go to the support address in our imprint.
Platform approval is outside our control. We handle the submission and carry the risk of a rejection through the guarantee above, but we do not warrant that any particular account will be approved or remain in good standing.
4. No earnings guarantee
Income examples shown on the site reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
5. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us immediately at admin@jphybridplaybook.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or sharing of accounts
- No use of the service to harass, defraud, or harm others
- Compliance with platform-specific rules (OnlyFans, Fanvue, etc.) is your responsibility
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You can delete your account by emailing us.
8. Liability
The free course and this website are provided “as is” without warranty, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. This does not limit section 3: paid licence packages carry the guarantee described there, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
